Early in the company's development, it became the first non-manufacturing company in the world (and, jointly, the first organisation of any type in the UK) to achieve accreditation to the SA8000 Social Accountability standard. 1998 – Validium gains ISO 9002

1999 - Validium's EAP becomes the first in the world to achieve the ISO 9001 standard.

Reassuringly, Validium is a fully Registered External Provider with the Employee Assistance Professionals Association having met an extensive set of criteria. This gives the reassurance that the company operates to the highest possible Codes of Practice recognised in the industry
