Validium's brand equity is the value of goodwill that exists between our employees, our clients and suppliers. The Validium brand is more than simply our corporate identity or our brochure, but is the sum of all the experiences others have with Validium. This includes their experience of the organisation, its services, the web site and advertising, as well as the day-to-day experience of doing business with Validium people. Everything Validium does, that touches our customers, shapes their perceptions of our brand - from the way we answer the telephone and appear in meetings to the quality of our service.
