Validium's EAP, believed to be the first in the world to achieve the BS EN ISO9001 standard in 1999, is now accredited to the new BS EN ISO9001:2000 standard. Validium is independently audited by SGS UK Limited - www.sgs.com.

In early 2000, The Validium Group became the world's first non-manufacturing company to be certified to the SA8000 global standard. The Council on Economic Priorities Accreditation Agency, based in New York , has driven the development of SA8000, a system that defines a set of auditable global standards and an independent auditing process for the protection of workers' rights. In March 2002, Validium became accredited to the new 2002 Investors in People standard. More information on IIP can be found at: www.iipuk.co.uk.

Reassuringly, Validium is a fully Registered External Provider with the Employee Assistance Professionals Association having met an extensive set of criteria. This gives the reassurance that the company operates to the highest possible Codes of Practice recognised in the industry.
